    Cancellation / No Show Policy:

    We ask you to provide minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation or a fee may be applied to your account.


    Early Check-out Policy:

    Please provide at least one day notice should you wish to collect your pet earlier than their scheduled check-out date. If no notice is provided, you will be charged for the night of pickup.


    DISCOUNTS OFFERED:

    Long term stay discount – 10% for extended visits over 30 days but must be pre-paid.


    Work-out-of towner Discount - 10% off for clients who require our services frequently but often short notice and varying length of visits – negotiable based on service volume requirements. Accounts must be kept current and pre-payment required for initial visit.


    Military Discount - 10% off for all Military personnel, Veterans, protective services personnel and essential workers. Our nation's brave soldiers, veterans and daily protectors are well respected and appreciated here.


    Boarding single night stay (min-change) rates:


    While we are happy to provide single night accommodation we just can’t do it for just a 1 night fee. Due to the large amount of fuss and effort we apply to every visit we require a minimum charge for our services.


    One dog $60 in standard room | $72 in premium/luxury room

    Two dogs sharing $100 in standard room | $115 in premium/luxury room

    One (single) cat $40 standard | $45 premium

    Two cats sharing $60 standard | $75 premium


    Holiday Seasons: over our peak busy seasons (Christmas, spring break, summer and holiday long weekends) we have a 3 night min. booking charge. Pet doesn't have to stay 3 nights but the minimum 3 night fee will apply. 


    Note: we are open 363 days per year 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. We are closed for check-ins / check-outs on December 25th and January 1st.

    FOR FIRST-TIME GUESTS WE REQUEST A MINIMUM OF 50% DEPOSIT AT CHECK-IN.

    ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO CHECK-OUT.

    WE MAY REQUIRE NEW CLIENT DEPOSITS ON BUSY SEASON BOOKINGS.
