While the world pandemic has not really affected what we do with the pets, it ha Glenpark Valet Service s certainly brought changes to how we work with our 2-legged clients.

Our facility has been strictly Valet (curbside) service since mid-March 2020. Our masked staff will come to you at your vehicle to collect/return your pet(s) and their luggage.

Our famously transparent tours available without appt 10-7 daily, are still available but are outdoor only. We’ll let you peak in the windows and you’ll still come away with a very good idea of how it all works. The experience is still well worth the trip if you’re at all nervous about your pet’s first visit.

Strict staff COVID protocols are in place and we remain diligent in following AHS guidelines to keep each other safe. We’ve always social distanced the dogs here so their staff attendants stay naturally distanced as well. We’ve always had great cleaning routines and pet/environment friendly disinfectant that we literally buy by the (very expensive) barrel. We’re going thru lots more of it these days in our hi-human touch areas and on incoming guest luggage. Staff arriving on shift step thru a disinfectant shoe tray, wash hands and change street coats into kennel coats. Each staff person has their own assigned personal dog leashes only they use on the dogs they work with. We provide our staff with triple layer quality, custom masks. Numerous hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the facility.

A good news story that came about since the pandemic is our fabulous Private Pooch Playpark, where families/small cohort groups are invited out to enjoy safe outdoor activity with their furry family members. The park is completely private and securely fenced.

Glenpark Pet Hotel treats my dog like he’s family and he gets excited to go there every time I drop him off, which speaks for itself. "By far the best kennel..."

This is by far the best kennel for dogs. The staff is very attentive, our dog looks forward to her stay as she gets very excited on the drive out there. These people know and understand dogs well.
