Steps to book your pet for the first time:
STEP 1:
Ensure you have your pets' vaccination records up to date.
STEP 2:
Review our website, including the full list of available services and our popular
Frequently Asked Questions.
STEP 3:
Complete the booking request form for First time guests to advise us of the service type, date(s) and times you would like to book. Boarding guests are invited to choose their preferred room type and any other extras your pets might enjoy. All booking requests will receive a return email confirmation.
STEP 4:
New boarding and daystay clients need to complete the New Guest Folio form to let us know your full contact info, feeding and care instructions, as well as what activities your pet(s) most enjoy. Any special needs including temperament notes, medications, supplements, etc. should all be documented here. All this important information will be kept on file so future visits can be paperless.
